• Commission: CalvART Gallery deducts a commission of 30% from work sold during the duration of the exhibition.

• Entry Fee: The entry fee is $10.00 per artwork, payable on delivery of the artwork. 

​

• Gallery Ready: Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 pieces of work for the show. It should be ready to be hung with wire and finished backing. Work that is unusual in hanging requirements needs to be discussed prior to submission to determine if/how it can be placed. Three-dimensional work should include details provided whether or not it will require a pedestal for display. We do accept larger pieces which can be placed on the floor for display but please provide specific dimensions so we can accommodate the work or make a substitute piece available if we do not have adequate display space.

• Delivery: Artist is responsible for delivering the artwork to the gallery: Monday – Saturday between 11am-4pm. Between March 21-27th.

• Pick Up: Unsold artwork may be picked up after April 27th during regular business hours (11am to 4pm) 

​

• Payment: Commissions are paid monthly by the 30th for the previous month, to the address provided.
