I am an ekphrastic artist combining fiber art with poetry and prose. I employ innovative techniques in my fiber art, such as thread painting, weaving, felting, confetti, and mosaics; moreover, I often use recycled clothing (denim, wool, silk.) I have taught English, composition, and literature for...ever. It is in my blood. Combining art and creative writing has been a wonderful marriage.
